The daily routine (called ‘Dinacharya’ in Ayurveda) 

So simple. Adding an hour to your morning schedule everyday could add 30+yrs to your life without disease or old age. 

-Wake up between 5-6 am daily (this is the ‘Vata’ period as in Ayurveda)

-Abyanga (Oil massage before bath in morning at 5- 5.30am) http://www.chopra.com/abhy ,(what Oil, read at this link and also in Chopra’s book) -followed by yoga, Pranayam (breathing exercises), meditation, Yoga Positions I follow daily are attached.-

Eat breakfast and go for a 30 min walk.
-Eating: eat a moderate breakfast, a good (but not heavy) lunch (12-12.30), and eat a light (lightest) dinner.(6-7pm)......

…Evening (before dinner: Eexercise or Yoga)

...and finish the day and go to bed by 9.30-10pm...........7-8 hrs sleep mandatory for longevity (apart from all data, there are experimental data from Duke University).

What you do by the above is literally 'Re-Booting' your SYSTEM (MIND-BODY-SPIRIT) for the DAY. Then everything follows as if there is a 'COSMIC CONSPIRACY'= THE COSMOS CONSPIRING TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN FOR YOU FROM EVERY ANGLE!
