My Journey On Pursuing Truth
My journey towards pursuing and living out Truth has led me to Swarup Roy and a test that he created that breaks down your "Whole Self" into 34 attributes. This test has illuminated areas of growth in my life. I now know what specific areas to work on in my life to be a highly-functional, highly-fulfilled being. I got so much value from this test that I felt it deserved an article versus just a post. Check out my review on this test and the power I discovered.

The first test that on the outside looks like just another test on how you can be a better worker and a better leader, but it couldn’t be farther from the Truth (Pun intended). This test cuts to your core and shows how unaligned or aligned you are with Truth. The results showed me how much emphasis I place on making the physical/tangible the first cause in my life and how much emphasis I make the spiritual the first cause.
After I got my results from the first SXA® Test I began mulling them over and it has been a beautiful experience. I believe this test is extremely accurate whether someone wants to believe it or not - haha. The statistics and benchmarks that the test produced confirmed in some areas what I already knew or felt about myself and then in others where I thought I would test higher revealed I had plenty of room for growth.
At first, I was a little ticked off at some of the results initially and it wasn’t until I asked myself to detach from that emotion and look at it objectively was when I accepted the results and that quickly got back on the path of, “Sweet! I have specific areas that are dysfunctional and those can be the quick wins for me” (if I focus and act on correcting them). It was truly an enlightening and humbling experience.
Again, as I mentioned before, I am looking to get to Truth as fast as possible so I can practice living Truth out consistently in my life to then help others do the same. This test is amazing for seeing HUGE impacts in your life quickly. Why? The 80/20 Rule. You can look at these highly-dysfunctional areas and if I focus and act on correcting those specific areas first (20%), I will see the LARGEST ROI (Return-On-Investment). In the case of this “Rule” approximately 80% increase!

My Highly-Dysfunctional and Dysfunctional/Unfulfilled attributes
in the appropriate Dimensions are as follows:
Motivating Factors: X4 Respect & Recognition
Effective-Behavior: X7 Foreseeing, X8 Doing First Thing First
Natural Laws: X16 Acceptance & Least Effort, X18 Detachment
Enterprising Profile: X23 Inventor, X26 Analyst
Selling & Communication Skills: X28 Looking For Your Customers, X30 Decision To Proceed Or Not To
Some of these dysfunctions I attribute to knowing my uniqueness of being a Server - Server who is Big Picture and an External Processor. I learned my uniqueness from another company called Flowcess®. They call your uniqueness your Intangible Driver™. That company also has a test and follow up information on your path to Truth.
Some of these dysfunctions are more difficult for me to overcome as it FEELS like I am going against WHO I AM. For one, I am not surprised by X26 Analyst AT ALL. The thought of going through small picture details in data in it of itself literally DRAINS the energy from me. Some people in their uniqueness get energy from the details and analyzing data.
Now we cannot avoid things just because we do like to do a task or because it is one of my weakest skills if the task needs to get done. That mindset is the opposite of a GROWTH mindset and can slowly lead you further from your purpose. How can I do a task that DRAINS me?
In the case of breaking down data I will have to look at how I can get my brain in the right space before I take on data. As a Server-Server all I want to do is adjust to people to make a connection to help them with a need they are aware of or not aware of yet.
I want to fulfill needs, so I will need to look at how this data will allow me to fulfill more needs in the future (Quantitative) or the needs I fill in the future will be filled better overall (Qualitative). If I can do that, I can get the energy to take on a small picture, detailed orientated task, or role.
Knowing how to get my head in the right spot before I do a task is like a “brain hack” that can get me over the energy hump needed to do the task. I love it. I learned that brain hack from Flowcess® as part of their training is teaching you how the mind and brain work and how it relates to your uniqueness / Intangible Driver®. Being able to use what I learned from Flowcess® with understanding my uniqueness allows me to understand why I tested extremely low and dysfunctional in some areas identified by the SXA® Test.
For some of my other dysfunctions, I feel like they are universal in the sense that EVERYONE will struggle at some point (regardless of uniqueness) with X18 Detachment, X26 Acceptance & Least Effort, and several more in the Natural Law section of the SXA® Test as we are in this tangible world and there is this whole other world out there, the Spiritual world!
How much stuff is ENOUGH stuff?
Why do we feel like if we had MORE stuff or BETTER quality stuff we would be happy?
We have seen, read, or heard about numerous accounts regarding celebrities, actors, musicians, pro-athletes tragically ending up depressed, battling addictions, and some ultimately taking their own life after they hit the “pinnacle” achievement we naturally want to gravitate towards.
Money, fame, stuff will not make us happy in and of itself.
We as human beings are on this journey to learn how to detach from making the physical/tangible as a first cause and learn how to make the spiritual as a first cause.
Apostle Paul says in Corinthians 15:30,
"I protest by that glorying in you, brethren,
which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily."
I love this verse.
It is not about me, it is not the things that I do or have, it is because I can have Jesus/God flowing through me daily!
In order for us to grow in making the Spiritual the first cause I must die to overcome my thought process of wanting to make the physical the first cause.
What the above essentially means is that
the Mind is the 'hurdle' and
the Spiritual is the 'driver'
to paraphrase John Lenhart, my partner in #truth,
the world's topmost modeler and Brett's teacher.Just like any gadget, we must learn, know and pratice on using our Mind & Body for our
benefit. If the machine goes out of control it is your fault, you did not know how to use it.
The Mind and Body are our instruments thru which
we Xperience Life.
The primitive Mind Knows Only 2 response to a situation - Fight or Flee, the earliest of humans way of life. That is the mode of survival.
An evolved human being is a growth mindset individual and they are aware of the following four approcahes to problem solving,
There are four ways of approaching an issue
-Absolve: Ignore it; maybe it goes away
-Resolve: Treat the effects
-Solve: Treat the physical causes
-Dissolve: Treat the intangible causes
Resolve treats people like Animals (Reward/Punishment)Solve treats people like Robots...which is what Data does.It appears to be objective and logical,
but it denies Uniqueness (Racism/Sexism) and actuallycauses three more problems for a Human.Dissolve deals with the intangible so that you don't have
to directly deal with the issue! The PROOF someone is Growth Mindset is
how they handle their contradictions.Data driven CONTRADICTS Values driven.
Taking the first SXA® Test has been an amazing experience just in the fact that I feel like I already know my life’s purpose or that I am extremely close to it and that I still have several other areas to grow in on this path of enlightenment!
I look forward to continuing to grow in my areas with follow up information and teachings.
I know this journey to becoming enlightened spiritual beings can FEEL like this MASSIVE undertaking and you can be wondering where do I even start?
Well, I personally say start with the following 2 tasks:
1) Take the SXA® Test
